Websites and e-newsletters

There’s no doubt using the internet to market your organisation and grow your business is cost effective and environmentally friendly – if people can easily find what they’re looking for.

I write, edit and content manage websites and e-newsletters for a mixture of regular clients and “one-offs”.

They include charities and not for profit organisations, business and travel. I also do online research for clients.

My contracts include web content writing and management for a business/schools link organisation and content writing for a gap year website www.gap-year.com. Previous contracts include content writing and management for a charity campaigning on mental health issues.

I have revised and edited the gap-year guidebook for the last six years.

I have also edited and proofed books and print materials for other clients, in one case also contributing illustrations.

As a former journalist I have years of experience in finding out the essentials of a “story” then putting it in clear, simple English.

I’ve researched and written on a wide variety of subjects from news stories, to business, race relations and geopolitical issues, mental health issues, education, will writing, slimming, horticulture, business machines, stone masonry, energy efficiency,recycling and reuse, travel - whatever clients need.
